The item didn't look like the picture, the hair was very full and puffy and unfortunately parts of the hair was tangled and matted. Parts of the wig also shredded. I noticed this as soon as it came out of the packet. The item arrived in just over two weeks to the UK and was packaged well with some extra gifts. I contacted the seller immediately and was given a full refund. Sellers communication was very good, just a shame about the product itself.

estou satisfeita com o produto, mas as telas da wig são muito frágeis, ainda não lavei pra saber como irar ficar.. mas a fibra da wig dá um ar de muito natural obs: a costura da posição correta da touca veio de cabeça pra baixo ! e tem partes nela que são vazias... mas de todo o resto não tenho do que reclamar.
